RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’re unhappy with your online order, we accept returns of items for up to 30 days after the shipment date in the same condition that you received them: unused, unworn, and unwashed. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited to your original payment method except for purchases made with a gift card. Gift card purchases will be credited with a replacement gift card of the same value. Products must be returned in original packaging along with the original invoice or another form of proof of purchase.
Sorry, but we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
- An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Item purchased was marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale”

Send your merchandise to us at the address below in its original packaging. Include an invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase and let us know why you’re returning it.

RETURN TO STORE
Bring your eligible merchandise along with the original invoice or another form of proof of purchase, a photo ID and the payment method used when you placed your order.
RETURN BY MAIL REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
