All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours Monday - Saturday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
For orders to be shipped outside the continental U.S., before you make a purchase please contact us and we'll let you know of shipping costs, carrier information and customs/duty charges if applicable.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, it will be provided on the order confirmation email you will receive. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will contact you in the event the item does not become available again.
